Hi guys,

I am new user of STAR-CCM+. So I'm trying to analyse a mass transfer flow inside of the engine, by trying to import my model from CAD. However, I can't get it meshed somehow. It says that I have to repair the duplicate surface

Hello,
You need to open the whole surface in surface repair and check the surface errors. You would see some pierced faces and you should handle them manually until you have error free clean surface.
