Pressure distribution around the circular cylinder

I am currently doing a project at Uni simulating flow around a circular cylinder.

I am very new to Star CCM+. I got everything working well, but I am having trouble plotting pressure distribution around the circular cylinder. Are there anyone who can help me, giving me an idea of how I should approach the problem?

Thank You

Could you please clarify what do you mean by "pressure distribution around cylinder"? Also, against what do you want to plot the pressure?

What your are possibly after is over of the probes. If you want to plot pressure against time, then point probe is what your are looking for. Otherwise, of you want to plot pressure against space (spatial distribution) then probably you should start with the line probe and then possibly use more complex ones.

I would avoid line probes for this.

It's best to make a section plane and intersect it only with the cylinder surface.

Then put a cylindrical coordinate system inside the cylinder and create an XY plot using the plane in that coordinate system.
