does anyone know how to export results of simulation as a video? for example saving the vector plot as a video.

You can change the scene update settings to save a hard copy every time step then compile the images into a video using windows movie maker.

You can read about that in Tutorial - "Solution Recording and Playback: Vortex Shedding", it's around page 8744 of the UserGuide.
