e^N Boundary Layer Transition Model Coupled with SA

Hey Everyone,
I created a Steve Portal idea for a boundary-layer transition model to use with the Spalart-Allmaras turbulence model. I reference a CFD compatible approx. envelope e^N model I've been using (the same transition model used in XFOIL), but Gamma coupled with SA would be better than nothing.
