Setting a "Pressure outlet" in VOF

Dear all,

I am trying to simulate a mixing channel (say for air and dust) with two inlets and two outlets using VOF.
I know the velocity of the air inlet as well as the velocity of the dust inlet. However, when they get mixed, I do not know how much of each phase goes out from which outlet. Hence, I do not know what value to use for the ratios of each phase (volume fractions) at each outlet.

What I think is that this is the physics of the problem that defines (solves) how much of each phase goes from which outlet.

Can anyone help me about solving the outlet BC? How can I set the pressure outlet while I do not have any idea about the phase rations at each outlet.

Cheers,

I think if you are using Pressure Outlet, the phase fractions to be mentioned are for any reverse flows. It is when using multi-component gas. Not sure about VOF. But you can check the help document for your outlet boundary condition.
