Issue applying periodic interface to boundaries

3 Attachment(s)
Hello,

I am attempting to simulate flow through a nozzle guide vane. To do this I am creating a periodic interface on the top and bottom of the flow domain as shown in the periodic interface image. Everything looks fine until I run the simulation, where the periodic interface separates into only part of the surface as shown in the attached image.

The simulation runs but I require both surfaces entire surfaces to be apart of the periodic interface. Is this a problem with the flow domain part I have constructed or is it something else?

The flow domain part is curved to match the curve of the annulus and all arcs are of the same length (10 degrees as there would be 36 stators on a physical turbine).

This is my first time using a periodic interface so I apologise if this is a relatively basic question. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you
