Good day everyone.

Is there a way to extract internal flow volume easily and fast - in case of two pipes placed inside a larger pipe using Parts Operations (Fill Holes, Imprint, Extract Volume etc)?

The problem is that - depending on preceeding Imprint operations - Extract Volume either cannot find "topological region attached to selected surfaces", or ignores the pipe which is partially outside. And also result of Fill Holes (hole cap) cannot be target for Subtract to make holes in it.

One of small pipes begins starting the same surface as the large pipe, another is partially outside.

There should be some elegant way to do that - without breeding a huge zoo of intermediate part results of numerous unite and subtract operations.
