Mesh Bias Factor , Prism Layers (Help needed)
 

Hello,
I am trying to model air flow in a room and i am aiming to replicate this mesh distribution:

I can do this on Ansys fluent as this is easily done through the use of 'bias factor' in meshing. However, i cannot find any way to do this on star ccm+. I can only edit the grid size but cannot stretch or scale them relative to one another.
In addition, i am struggling to replicate this distribution with the prism layer layers, thickness and stretching as i cannot extend the prism layers from the top half to the middle of the flow domain.
