Mesh operation failing
 

I've been trying to mesh some complex geometries but the mesh keeps failing. I repaired the surface. Eliminated all manifold edges. Tried reducing pierced faces but only managed to reduce to 18 pierced faces. I checked every single detail of my CAD and still can't figure out why.

The console output is attached. Any help is appreciated.

There are elementary rules for constructing surface and volume meshes. Study them and then you will have a more powerful weapon in your hands than a letter from a piece of iron.
