Part is not inherited after subtract
 

Hi everyone!

I am trying to subtract a rear wing from a wind tunnel. In the Subtract Operation I have selected the rear wing as well as the other components that I want to subtract from the tunnel. However I am not able to find that specific part under Regions when I try to assign it to an already existing Boundary.

When I execute the Subtract Operation no warnings appear in the Output. Nevertheless, when I check the Parts under geometry, the rear wing is missing from the Inherited Parts (I suspect that's why I can't see it while selecting the boundaries).

Does anyone of you know why this might be happening? A solution would be helpful.

You need to select Keep Tool Bodies if you want to keep the body that is being subtracted.
