Residual of Energy

4 Attachment(s)
Hello, I am simulating the heating behavior of the fluid in the rod beam channel, using the fluid-solid conjugate heating method, setting a given volume heat source in the solid domain, using the standard kw model in the fluid domain, and using a coupled solver before solving the energy equation. The solution diverges, so I choose a split solver, but what is the reason for the residuals of the energy equations not going down during the simulation?

That is usually an indication that your boundary conditions are not well posed.

First of all thanks for your reply, yes I found it, the volume heat flow is set too large
