Non-orthogonality problem in trimmed mesh of Star CCM+ for OpenFOAM

hello dear foamers,
I am going to simulate cavity flow at a Mach number of 1.71 using OpenFOAM. However, I have difficulties with meshing process. I am using Star CCM+ for trimmed mesh. In boundary layer, non-orthogonal faces increasing while approaching cavitys edges (please see the images below). Is there any way to decrease non-orthogonality?

Due to the high speed, my first layer thickness for y+ around 1 is quite small and I need to keep aspect ratio below 1000 for OpenFOAM. Thats why I am not using Pointwise. Its cost is vast.

thanx in advance...
