PEMFC Mesh problem
 

Hi guy,
i wanted to mesh my PEMFC Model with Directed Mesh from front side to back side with Auto Mesh and Base Size with 2E-4m. With this Base Size it works and look like this in pic, but when i change the base Size to 2E-5m then comes the Error.:(
can someone please hlep me?:)

Hi Jimmycao,
Why don't you try using part wise meshing option or keep separate Direct meshing operations to each pair of parts, as you know that Star CCM+ is one of the consistent software which brings the results close to real time even if you use non - conformal mesh.
And can you tell me the PEM thickness you are using in your model.
