cant continue again the simulation after stop (crash stop)

Hi,
i have a simulation for a seekeeping problem for a vessel in head sea.
i create the setup and start the run, seems everything is ok, the run continue around 5 seconds (physical time).
i have 2 problem with the setup:

1- when i stop, save and closed the run, and change the number of cores it will not continue again! i dont receive any error! it just not continue.

2- our server have a problem, every 12 hours it will turn off. (because of electricity problem) i activated the autosave for each 200 iteration, when i start the run again to continue, i will see same problem like above. (the run will not continue, even with same number of cores)

please advise me what should i do!?

for your info, the setup is based on overset mesh, with 2 degree of freedom
i use "free motion" setup in DFBI.
number of mesh is around 5 million, time step is 0.0025 s
