Mating Parts in 3D-CAD?

I've imported multiple parasolid bodies into 3D-CAD. I am now trying to position them relative to each other (i.e. Part A is 5cm above Part B)... but I don't see any way to create a reference mate? I'm much more familiar with Solidworks and I'm still learning how 3D-CAD works. Thanks!

In theory you can do that via coordinate systems and transforms, but I would strongly recomend to minimize the amount of work done in 3D-CAD module.

Like cwl said you can do it with coordinate systems and transforms but I would put the parts in the right place in a CAD software not in starccm's CAD module.
