Porous media knowing flowrate

Hi everyone I'm trying to model a conic filter in starccm+.
The infos i have about this filter are: porosity, flowrate, surface area and pressure drop through the filter.
I'm modeling it using the porous baffle media (shear stress based). How can i set the pressure drop to be exactly the one specified in the data sheet i have been given? I tried following the ansa help guide and Ergun equations but when i run the simulation with the numbers i found for Pi (porous inertial resistance) and for Pv (porous viscosity resistance), it gives me meaningless results.
Thanks in advance for any reply

Did you check the help? "Examples of Setting Porous Resistance Properties"

From what I remember - there is a "ρ·" part in pressure drop formulation for the porous baffle resistance. Did you check that? - Why would you use ANSA help guide while setting up the simulation in STAR-CCM+?

I'm afraid that without any details the question is also meaningless - like "My car won't start".

because i was using ansa while posting this i'm sorry i got confused lol, i used starccm+ guide ofc. The meaningless results are that starccm+ with my Pi and Pv, is seeing the filter like a wall, i can note it from the velocity and pressure plots. I did check all the starccm+ help manual and this forum too so my question now would probably be: are the infos i have about the filter enough to model it or do i have to check for more? Now i used all the infos i found on the data sheet of the filter

yes i checked everything on the help also on this forum too, and on some other people's work with filters
