LES calculation resolved turbulent schmidt number

i would like to simulate the mixing of two gases with a LES. One of the interesting parts is the turbulent schmidt number that is resolved with the LES. Does anyone know the equation for the resolved turbulent schmidt number for a LES and how to implement it into Star- CCM+?
