Default Best Practice Guidelines for SolidWorks?

MaxCFM is on a distinguished road
When we bought Star-CCM+ I received a document called "BestPracticeGuidelinesProE.doc". I switched CAD packages and I need the Best Practices Guide for SolidWorks. Anyone have a copy? Its not available through user services site (although it should be!).
