cyclone dust separator

hi all,
i would like to try to simulate the behavior of a cyclone dust separator. i know there is a file already made by cd-adapco (maybe a complete tutorial) and i found a version of this file... but i have star-ccm+ 3.02.003 and the file i have seems to be suitable for new versions. anyone can help me? anyone has the file right for my star-ccm+ version? thanks a lot |

Dont have the file, but a solution would be to use a CAD package to quickly create a cyclone

sorry, but i didn't mean that i need a file about the 3D model. i already have it. i know there is a file by cd-adapco about the complete simulation of the cyclone separator.
can anyone help me? thanks |
