Mesh for MOVING MESH

Hello

I saw the mesh from the ship simulation example , it is a hexa mesh and very difficult, can we create the simulation with tetra?????

thanks

I don't see why not.

So you mean that i can mesh it with volume tetra mesh and then run it and take the same resutls???

anyone try it?

You can. But I can't see a reason why you should use a tretra mesh. It is recommended to use either a poly mesh or a to use a trimmed mesh (which looks similar to a hexa mesh).
Maybe the "hexa mesh" only looks complicated due to refinements? Even when you're using a tetra mesh or a trimmed mesh, you should use refinements, so it will not make a big difference whether to use a trimmed (or poly) mesh or a tetra mesh.
