Copying the BC and mesh from one model to another

Hi everybody,
I am doing some massflow investigations on a inlet port as a function of the valve lift. I have all the native CAD data so I can generate step and stl files as needed. Currently I have seperate stl files for each valve lift which is to investigate. For each valve lift i am generating a new sim file and define all the BC and the mesh again. This is a lot of work and for each model I always have to compare whether I have the exact same BC used as before. Isn't there a possibility to just take the BC and mesh from one model and import it to the next model with the next valve lift position?

Im using V4.04 Star-CCM+.

Thanks in advance!!
Dora
