Hi All,
I am new to starccm+ and wanted to know whether it has a scripting language like ANSYS does with the journal file to automate the process of geometry and mesh creation and setting up a simulation? In it does it would be nice to know how can learn this as quickly as possible. Thanks! Jimmy |

Note however that while recording and replaying java macros does work, it implies that all the models require exactly the same initial state for the process to work correctly. For a robust and more general solution, you'll need considerably more effort.

I concur. In principle Java macros work. In practice, any deviation from what you recorded instantly becomes an exercise in patience, perserverance, and computer science.
