Moving reference frames

Im trying to a dimulation that i am told needs the use of multiple refernce frames.
I have found 'tutorials' on these that i could do and think it would really help me but there is no content to the tutorials.

If someone could point me in the direction of these, it would be amazing.

You'll find the tutorials in your "Star-CCM+ installation folder/doc/tutorials" folder. When it's not there, you might re-install CCM+ and it should be available.
