Problem with heat flux and Symmetry Plane

Hey,

I'm modelling a sensor for a heat transfer experiment but i have 2 problems.

1: The sensor is simplified a cylinder. Due to the symmetry i just want to simulate one half. If i do so and set the symmetry plane as a Symmetry Plane I'll get the temperature maximum not in the center like expected but a bit displace. I use a 3D Model. Do i have to use an axisymmetric model? And if so how do i set the axis?

2: To get the radial heat flux which is getting in the sensor I used a cylinder section from the derived parts, the Area Averaged Report and the field function Boundary Heat Flux. But i just get 0 and that's wrong.

Thanks for your help.
