DFBI body 'shoots' out

Hello, I am trying to do a very simple simulation where a spherical body is flowing through a 90 degree curved pipe. (photo attached)

As you can see in the photo, the particle just flies into the air from its original position, this was only the second step.

Can anyone help me out?
