For ROTATING CAR WHEELS (UNSTEADY), itīs necessary to have a INTERFACE OR NOT? HOW? THANKS FOR ALL.

An interface is only necessary when the wheels are in its own region.
When the wheels are (more or less) rotational symmetric, you can just apply a wall rotation. I assume, you don't have modeled the solid bodies? |
