Ive worked my way through almost all ofthe tutorials in star ccm+ and I was wondering if their was a way of saving the setup for use with different geometry.
I dont think star ccm allows this but thought id ask simply because I want to repeat runs with different hull configerations but find it very tedious going through all of the settings over and over again for each configeration. Im putting different hulls into head waves and it ends up taking me at least an hour to put all the settings in and obviosly the more times I do it the more likely I am to make a mistake. Thanks |

You can record a macro while you're applying the settings, and play the macro when you start on a new simulation.
