how to transfer file.pat to star-cd?

i want to import patran neutral file into star-cd.

how can i transport their properties to star-cd directly?

that is, the imported model can classified cell type by the setting in patran.

Enter "help patran" at the prostar command line & you will see what prostar does with a patran neutral file. It sounds like it does what you requested - "...pro-STAR uses PATRAN's PID as the pointer to an entry in the cell table...".

that is what i question. what is patran's PID.
there is meterial, geometry,group... etc. in patran. when i export to neutral file, which classification can contribute to the so called PID?
