How can I use a model's outlet as another model's inlet??

You can map the velocities from the outlet onto the new inlet. Export the vertex and data values from the outlet and you can modify it to read in as a table in the new file. This table has to be associated with the inlet using the Table option instead of standard inlet option.

If you have a simpler representation of the non-uniform velocities you can directly use the table editor.
