CFD modeling of drying of spices
 

i want to model and simulate drying of spices in a tray dryer in STAR CD. objectives are to simulate the air movement, heat and mass transfer and drying rate.
Is it possible in STAR CD? (i was able to simulate the air movement) can anyone plz suggest the procedure of modeling the drying or a good detailed reference.
