I use Es-ice/Trimming method to create the moving grid, but I meet this problem when I select "polyhedron" option during trim process.(My version is 4.14) It shows as following:

Store the Port 1 trimmed in database ID 122.
Saved:
trimmed cell data with id 122
Port 1 trimmed
Cells Cell Tbls CP Match CP Tables Splines Splin Tbl Vertices
91869 1 0 0 0 0 737885
ID 697976 1 0 0 0 0 809450
The curtain is not well defined for 7 faces of Port 1.
Failed to find the collapsing layers for Port 1.
The curtain is not well defined for 7 faces of Port 4.
Failed to find the collapsing layers for Port 4.
"Trim,Recover" may allow you to fix the problem and continue.
Failed to cut the Template.

However, when I select "cell division" option during trim process, it can finish the process. But the output grid includes several crack cells.

I have tried to modify the 3D template, trimming splines set, and also the trim parameters.Unfortunately, I haven't found the right way to solve it.
If somone has some experiences about how to deal with this problem, please tell me. thx.

It maybe because of the gemometry file problem, and when I change the distance between the valves and the valve seat from 0.05 to 0.1, the trimming process can finish the work.
