I am using star-cd (version 4.06). I need to open ufile

From File - System command, when I wrote ufile will appears
'ufile' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Plz, how can solve this problem ?

create a dir named ufile in your working dir.
Then in prostar go in "utility -> user subroutines". There you can write the required subroutines to your ufile directory.

I did all steps, that you said
but after run the program will appear
