Rotating Gears

Hi everyone, I'm making a 3D spur gears model on ANSYS WB and I really not sure why I have problem related to give rotation on the modeling. So far I tried:

1) Running the simulation using frictionless support and a moment applied on the pinion and some rotation on the gear.
2) Using revolute Joints in order to applied the loads in there.
3) Using remote points in the center of the gears and using those as a reference for the joints.
4)Using the contact as a frictionless or friction.

In the end I've got weird results and there are errors like:
"One or more MPC contact regions or remote boundary conditions may have conflicts with other applied boundary conditions or other contact regions. This may reduce solution accuracy. Tip: You may graphically display FE Connections from the Solution Information Object for non-cyclic analysis. Refer to Troubleshooting in the Help System for more details."

"Solver pivot warnings have been encountered during the solution. This is usually a result of an ill conditioned matrix possibly due to unreasonable material properties, an under constrained model, or contact related issues. Check results carefully."

I can't figure it out why the problem keeps happening. I've check my material data, and the constrains. I also ran a modal simulation to see if it was some kind of DOF that i was not seeing, and I don't understand why are other vibrations modes besides Rotation Z.

If you have any recommendations I will aprecciate
