Hello everybody, I started studyng abaqus at the university and now for one of the progects that were asigned to me is to study mechanicaly a porous material.

I would like to know if there is a way to model an object with a specific level of porosity. As for example did in this video on comsol
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f4EoCvhEc6s

Is there a feature in abaqus which allows me to do this kind of modelling?

Hi, I am wondering if you have found out how to model a porous material in Abaqus. If so can you help me.

Thank you.
