problem with stress singularity at T-shape structure

I have this attached structure belong to a rotor container with mixed solid and shell mesh.At the top of the structure we have a 20mm thickness plate that hold the rotor weight (27500N) in in vertical case.This plate is connected to the structure by a T-shape welded plate (10mm thickness) as its picture attached.A singularity in stress analysis of this structure occurs at the T-shape connection leg and shows the stress value equal to 220 MPa at bottom (solid to solid mesh)and 426Mpa at top(solid mesh joint to shell mesh) .what can I do to eliminate this problem from my study?
please help
