Default Time step too small error in explicit dynamics

Hi,

I am striking an object velocity 800 m/s on a plate 12in x 12in.

I am receiving an error of time step too small.

Please help to solve this error.

velocity and size are in diffrent units?

ANSYS Explicit dynamics.
