ABAQUS Socket error: [Errno 10060]

Everytime I submit a job in ABAQUS it runs but I do not see it. It only shows submitted.
I get in the job file: Socket error: [Errno 10060]
Also: ***WARNING: Interactive messaging has been requested for this analysis run, but initialization of the messaging system has failed. Therefore no messages will be sent to Abaqus/CAE for this phase of the analysis.
Disabling firewall didn´t work.

I have the same problem with a new install.

There seem to be many web pages referring to this issue but no solution.

To fix this error, add the following line to the custom_v6.env file in the Simulia installation folder:
