Mechanism Design: Sway Combined with rotation
 

I am trying to design a really basic concept.

A camera should point at an object.
It should sway using a single servo.

When above the object, it should look down.
When aside from the object, it must be rotated by 90 degrees.

While traveling, it should not hit the object.


is this doable?
