The configure script for the newest release (2.0.8) is looking for libtecio.a, but I think it should be just tecio.a

Seemed to be fine with stable 2.0 version.

Hi,

In fact we asked Tecplot to update the new version of the library (2013) in their webpage. http://www.tecplot.com/downloads/tecio-library/

SU2 is in a very active (world-wide) development stage, and the code is changing everyday. We can set a GoToMeeting and help you with the setting of the code.

Anyway, if you want to chat about SU2 outside this forum you can contact me at fpalacios@stanford.edu.

Thanks for your interest in SU2
Best,

Francisco

Thanks. I just copied tecio.a to libtecio.a in my tecplot install and seemed to work fine.

One other question: I noticed I'm getting an ascii flow.dat file now. I thought I remembered from 2.0 that it was a binary flow.plt file?

I can dig around and change it back, but I was just wondering if this was on purpose or just an accident?!

Thanks.
