Hi all,

Same problem here. I'm running on 32 bit, hence I can not download or use the Tecplot trial.

Did anyone find a workaround?>

Hi,

I have been following this thread and the steps provided. I have installed the Tecplot 360 but when I run the 'SU2_CFD.exe' a black window tries to pop-up but finally nothing happens. (I'm running the x64 version on Windows7).

Any hint about this issue will be highly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

I encounter with the same condition,if anyone can help me?Thank u!

Install a Trial version of Tecplot 360. Your license will only work for a couple days, but on your computer the tecio.dll will be installed which allows SU2 to work even beyond the trial duration.

That is expected behavior. It is because by double clicking you do not specify what Config file it should evaluate.

Try this, where I assume your config file such as inv_NACA0012.cfg is located in this folder: C:\SU2\

In Command prompt, enter:

C:\SU2\SU2_CFD inv_NACA0012.cfg

that's right, there is a "space" in between SU2_CFD and inv_NACA0012.cfg

Let me know if you get results now
