I m new to su2, I wanted to ask some couple of questions, i tried the tutorial for onera case both shape optimization and the RANS, now i thought of doing the same in a geometry which i want, so i thought first i ll start with a rectangular wing, i created a grid in su2 format with 3 boundary marker (WALL, FARFIELD and SYMMETRY) now when i tried solving it showed segmentation fault, i dunno where did i do mistake i feel my grid is correct. The domain is supposed to be exactly as the tutorial problem except the wing is rectangle, as it has the same grid domain as the tutorial onera case i thought there is not much change in configuration file, can u please help me figuring the problem out.
Another thing i wanted to ask, is there any tutorial which ll make me learn how to give the control points for the FFD in the view of shape optimization i didn't understand greatly but i want to do a nested FFD box in which i will want to change only a small part of the wing and get an optimized result. Is it possible to do is what i was also wondering.

Thank you for your questions.

For the FFD box definition, check out the case in the folder: TestCases/Optimization_euler/steady_oneram6 for an example of setting up an FFD box. To generate the FFD box set DV_KIND to FFD_SETTING and run SU2_DEF on the config file.
Nested FFD boxes are not active at the moment.

For your specific mesh: it is difficult to tell what the problem is from your description. What did you use to generate the mesh? Are there sharp edges (aka, by rectangle, do you mean that the planform is a rectangle or that the cross-section is a rectangle?)? Can you post output showing when the segmentation fault occurs? (while reading the mesh, after a few iterations, somewhere else?)
Thanks
