albinjohny is on a distinguished road
I am trying to do a Pitching and plunging case of an airfoil in SU2.

The plunging works properly but the pitching motion is not occuring.

The DYNAMIC MESH DEFINITION I have used is shown below
% ----------------------- DYNAMIC MESH DEFINITION -----------------------------%
%
% Mesh motion for unsteady simulations
GRID_MOVEMENT= YES
%
% Type of mesh motion
GRID_MOVEMENT_KIND= RIGID_MOTION
%
% Marker(s) of moving surfaces (MOVING_WALL or DEFORMING grid motion)
MARKER_MOVING= airfoil
%
% Mach number (non-dimensional, based on the mesh velocity and freestream vals.)
MACH_MOTION= 0.3
%
% Coordinates of the rigid motion origin
MOTION_ORIGIN_X= 0.5
MOTION_ORIGIN_Y= 0.0
MOTION_ORIGIN_Z= 0.0
%
% Translational velocity (m/s) in the x, y, & z directions (RIGID_MOTION only)
TRANSLATION_RATE_X = 0.0
TRANSLATION_RATE_Y = 0.0
TRANSLATION_RATE_Z = 0.0
%
% Angular velocity vector (rad/s) about x, y, & z axes (RIGID_MOTION only)
ROTATION_RATE_X = 0.0
ROTATION_RATE_Y = 0.0
ROTATION_RATE_Z = 0.0
%
% Pitching angular freq. (rad/s) in x, y, & z directions (RIGID_MOTION only)
PITCHING_OMEGA_X= 0.0
PITCHING_OMEGA_Y= 183.6
PITCHING_OMEGA_Z= 0.0
%
% Pitching amplitude (degrees) in x, y, & z directions (RIGID_MOTION only)
PITCHING_AMPL_X= 0.0
PITCHING_AMPL_Y= 20.0
PITCHING_AMPL_Z= 0.0
%
% Pitching phase offset (degrees) about x, y, & z axes (RIGID_MOTION only)
PITCHING_PHASE_X= 0.0
PITCHING_PHASE_Y= 90
PITCHING_PHASE_Z= 0.0
%
% Plunging angular freq. (rad/s) in x, y, & z directions (RIGID_MOTION only)
PLUNGING_OMEGA_X= 0.0
PLUNGING_OMEGA_Y= 183.6
PLUNGING_OMEGA_Z= 0.0
%
% Plunging amplitude (m) in x, y, & z directions (RIGID_MOTION only)
PLUNGING_AMPL_X= 0.0
PLUNGING_AMPL_Y= 1.0
PLUNGING_AMPL_Z= 0.0

Can anyboby please help me to sort the problem

Any suggessions are Welcome.

I got the solution to the problem. And my pitching is coming properly.

But now i am facing a new problem ie when I put omega of 102 the pitching occurs and if i increase the omega to 122 it diverges can anybody help me
