2D Optimization Constraints Not Satisfied

HI,
I am running a 2D supersonic aerofoil optimization using the Hicks-Henne type design variables, after finding 2D FFD unsuccessful. The new HH parametrization is successfully updating the geometry to reduce drag, however the thickness constraint is not satisfied by each resulting design, and after 7-8 design iterations the geometry becomes unfeasible due to extreme surface deformations. Hi Everyone,
Bumping this thread since i've still not managed to solve this issue. The Latest copies of the cfg and grid are no longer producing infeasible deformations, but are still not complying with the aerofoil max thickness constraint as specified in the config file. At this point i'm really struggling to see a way of making this work? any help would be greatly appreciated. unfortunately cannot upload grid file due to size limits.
