Hello Dear Sir:

I tried the shape optimization tutorial case using SU2 version 6 in windows 7:

$ python shape_optimization.py -g DISCRETE_ADJOINT -f inv_ONERAM6_adv.cfg -n 8

But I saw the following error message:

SU2 process was terminated by signal ‘4’
failed to launch "path/SU2_SOL config_sol.cfg"

Could someone please kindly tell me what's the problem?
