SU2 NEMO with adjoint method
 

Hi everyone,

I am trying to do a 2D shape optimization case in hypersonic regime, using discrete adjoint.

Before to try that I try to know and use successful the adjoint method in SU2 (no NEMO version so without Mutation).
After I used SU2 NEMO with Mutation++, but without adjoint libraries, for hypersonic cases.

Now I am trying to install SU2 with Mutation++ and adjoint libraries together.
After to download the Su2 Code from Github, I run the following command line:
./meson.py build -Denable-cgns=false -Denable-mpp=true -Denable-tecio=true -Denable-autodiff=true -Denable-directdiff=true --prefix=/home/aleapo/SU2_NEMO2/SU2

After copy the 6 lines in my bashrc, I run the following command line:
./ninja -C build install

But I obtain the errors that I show in the images

Do you have any ideas on how I can solve the problem?
I don't find any documentation about SU2 NEMO + adjoint method, is adjoint method implemented in SU2 NEMO?
