It appears that the flow.* output file for this development release is not working properly. The code produces a flow.dat file that looks like a TECPLOT file even if you specify PARAVIEW, and I can't seem to get it to read in Paraview. Is there a work around for this?

Thanks,

Kevin

i think the paraview vtk part is commented out.

you'd better use VisIt 2.6 to read the tecplot file flow.dat.

Hi guys,

We are in the middle of an overhaul on the solution output formats. We are no longer supporting the Paraview format directly, rather we will be supporting Tecplot ASCII (.dat), Tecplot binary (.plt), and CGNS (.cgns, an open format that can be used with most visualization packages, including Paraview).

Look for more updates as we go. Cheers,
Tom
