Hi nuaawubin,
It seems that you try to read the history file using tecplot. This normally happens, when you stop the simulation manually or the solution does not converge normally.

Which tecplot version are you using ?

Older versions of tecplot do not understand "NODES=" and "ELEMENTS=" directives in ASCII file. Just try to change directives in to the short form: "N=" and "E="
