Hello everibody, I'm a new su2 user.. I have a cgns file and I'd like import it in su2.. Is it possible?

Hi,
SU2 can read CGNS files (and convert to SU2 format, if requested). The code currently handles single block, unstructured files. Please see the page here for more info on the mesh file descriptions and options: http://adl.stanford.edu/docs/display...RED/Mesh+files. Hope this helps! Tom |

Ok I read the documentation you have posted, but I don't understand if also windows allows me to read cgns file..

Just to follow up, have you had any luck with this? I believe that CGNS will operate just fine under Windows, although you will need to download and build the library on your local machine (requires a standard C compiler.
