correct .cfg files for 3.1.0

Where would I find the .cfg files that work with 3.1.0 . I have downloaded the latest mesh files but running the sample files does not seem to work . Could someone post .cfd files that work with the tutorials for 3.1.0 which would be a good sanity check .

There is a file called "config_template" in the root of SU2 directory which works well for me.

.cfg template

Yes thanks I have looked at that but what I was after was the .cfg file that actually works and produces the expected results for each of the tutorials .

I suspect that things have changed rapidly , this can be seen by the various mesh files for the RANS tutorials in 3.1.0 TestCases BUT the corresponding .cfg file is perhaps 2 years old so is out of sync and causes failures .

If I could work through all of the tutorials with supplied and tested .cfg files on supplied and tested mesh files .SU then I would have some confidence in the toolchain from start to visualization of the results .

example error

1 Attachment(s)
after 4 hours on my home PC using the supplied ONERAM6 and the supplied mesh I get the attached error .

Yes, I agree that the config files have not been updated.
As soon as SU2 begins, keep an eye for statements like
"Warning! Unrecognized Option: <name of option>". You could look up for the changed names of options by comparing the description comments in the template file.
ONERAM6 config file is runs without any changes on my machine.

.cfg files

None of the .cfg files seem to be in any folder for the 3.1.0 - I try using older .cfg files and this is where the confusion starts . That is why I have been requesting a set of .cfg files that work with the tutorials and the latest mesh files . This will enable new users such as myself to run the tutorials and start off by knowing that the tool-chain is robust and produces repeatable results .

After this we could run our own sections and meshes

New config files are present in he "TestCases" which is present in the root of the source code directory.

You are right that many of the config files are out of date. This is something we are unhappy with, and we will be working in the near future to have correct config files available.
