Are velocities in flow.vtk?

I got the SU2 code installed and running on my PC (Windows 7).
I have a flow solution, and an adjoint solution for the NACA0012 test case, after doing battle with unix/dos line termination issues in the .cfg files.

Two questions, if I may.

1. Do the velocities appear in the field/surface output file, or do I have to derive them? I am trying to use Paraview, and I want to look at velocity vectors (or streamlines), but the velocities don’t appear to be available from the flow.vtk file.

2. I am also wondering what the “Conservative1, 2, 3, 4” variables are.)

Thanks for any guidance!

derive velocities from density & momentum

Perfect.

Thanks, Akun646.
